Return postage is the responsibility of the customer. Love to Sew cannot be held responsible for returns that go missing in the post, so I recommend that returns are sent via Recorded Delivery.
Return items must be in their original condition and packaging.
Custom Orders cannot be cancelled or returned as these are bespoke items.
